The cooperation between P3 and JYSK has begun in 2017, when company rented 10,504 sqm in park P3 Piotrków. It soon turned out that the location of the park perfectly fits into the company's distribution network. To meet the customer's expectations, in record time, less than half a year, P3 has realized for JYSK a dedicated warehouse with an area of 37,000 sqm. Thereby, during one year, area occupied by tenant in the park has increased five times.
Both buildings function as buffer warehouses. The products are stored in them before they reach the main distribution warehouse of the company in Radomsko.
The new warehouse for JYSK has a height of 10 m, is equipped with PIR panels and energy-saving LED lighting. However, it is not the end of successful cooperation between companies. With the planned expansion of the P3 Piotrków Park in coming months, JYSK will once again expand the space occupied in Piotrków.
