Being aware of the global trends and changes that shape new patterns of workstyles and office spaces, we have created The Brain Embassy - the very first co-creating space in Poland. It is a unique space designed in a functional way to increase work effectiveness and answer different needs of work activities.
Our co-creating space is dedicated for persons from different business worlds: corporations, start-ups, small & medium entrepreneurs and freelancers. We want to attract creative, open-minded people who want to innovate, share their knowledge, experience and know that working in such space brings them continuous development.
So as to create a highly diverse workplace, we have chosen the best furniture quality delivered by world known premium brand – the guarantee for top standards of workplace arrangement in the areas of ergonomics, sustainability and design.
What distinguishes the project is the added value that all tenants are being offered: co-creating program includes free of charge workshops, activities, events, exchange & networking possibilities. They are being engaged in a co-creative program that will be delivering innovative business solutions to corporations, S&M enterprises and local social activists & foundations.

Being totally focused on functionality and diversity of workstyles needs we have created space with “town square” located in the center of the office next to the entrance. It naturally connects all the sections – offices, open space and conference rooms. The collection of atypical functions supports creativity and communication between members of community. The patio is a type of town square with tress, benches and a coffee shop. All of the offices’ communication routes cut through here. There are also physical activity sections like basketball, treadmills, a punching bag. And places helping to energize in more relaxing way for those who needs that: nap room & yoga space.
Shared, non-standard spaces and several meeting points were designed to generate frequent and natural contact between people occupying the Brain Embassy. The informal meeting points associate with rest and relaxation, inspiring creative thinking in participants. This original and creative aspect was one of the main objectives.

We think BIG that’s why next year (2017) we plan to double The Brain Embassy's surface on the 5th floor of Adgar Park West. In the next 5 years we plan to open in total 20 000 m2, also in the very city center of Warsaw.

We are creating the new category on polish market showing brand new perspective of the workspace solutions. We are the very first project that simply shows how to deliver workplace and lifespace design trends for the decade: co-creation, design for diversity, digital development, office biology. All of these trends have physical reflection at The Brain Embassy. The space has been created to connect persons form different business worlds: corporates, S&M entrepreneurs, startups and freelancers - open minded creatives with a strong drive for innovations, design thinking, finding new perspectives approach. We have built for this diverse community environment to grow: community access, the highest quality-space and added value program: workshops, events and networking opportunities. This unique connection is one of a kind state of the art. . We as Adgar company truly believe that in few years most of the people will be working in such spaces as The Brain Embassy.
