Colliers Office Agency is a stable team of 40 people who are passionate about their business and enjoy working together. Between October 2016 until September 2017, we represented Clients in transactions for a total value of ca. EUR 355,000,000 (including Tenant representation: 153 transactions, and Landlord representation: 58 transactions).
Our biggest pride is the fact that most of our Clients decide to entrust us with their representation repeatedly – the rate of repeat business is 75%. In the given period, we represented, among others, Atos – 21.2K m2, PGNIG - 7K m2, Fujitsu Technology Solution - ca. 6.3K m2, Nordea 6.2K m2, Nordea AB – 5.9K m2, Roche 4.8K m2 and many others.
