Having grown consistently throughout its history, P3’s business expanded by 20% in 2017 alone, making it another hugely successful year for the company.

In October 2016 P3 completed a EUR 1.4 billion long-term refinancing to support its ambitious growth strategy. In November 2016 GIC, Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund, purchased P3. The transaction valued the business at €2.4 billion & was one of the largest European real estate deals of the year.
