Key projects your company worked on between October 2015 and September 2016
SPIE Polska with its owner SPIE GmbH were focused on expanding the company’s competences by acquisition. By buying AGIS Fire & Security in September 2016, SPIE has expanded its geographical footprint mainly in Poland and Hungary, thus further growing its “Germany and Central Europe” segment. Thanks to AGIS’ comprehensive service portfolio, SPIE has acquired new qualifications in the area of fire protection, security and building technology solutions.
The second key project for SPIE Polska was coordinating a research “Operational Cost of Office Buildings”, carried out in cooperation with the key players on the commercial real estate market. This is the first study of its kind in Poland, assessing the current situation of commercial buildings in Poland in terms of operating costs by comparing certified and non-certified office investments. The study has helped to identify areas for improvement as well as to raise awareness of sustainability issues and its social and economic benefits.

Since our very beginning in 1998, we are constantly focusing on technical facility management, developing our internal specialized service groups, including fit out group. We do our best to be for our clients not only a service provider, but also an adviser, a consultant and a source of information about changes in law, technology, etc. As a show of proof, in cooperation with National Energy Conservation Agency, we organized a client briefing information meeting on energy audits, necessary to carry out since October 1st. First place on our value list is always the safety of our employees, as well as, people in buildings we are responsible for. Caring also for the service quality, we do not compete in tenders offering the best price and, what is more, we encourage other FM providers to play fair. We started open dialog of the FM market with help of Editor in Chief of Real Estate Manager, as an impartial party. This initiative has gained market appreciation and is constantly continuing.
