The Project involves implementation of a single-Level Shopping centre with a two - Level Entertainment and recreation part (Food-court, movie Theater, Fitness) with a total area of over 25 000 m2 GLA. The majority of the shopping centre area is on the ground floor of the building. The rental space on this floor equates to almost 20000 square meters. A food supermarket of a well-known chain as well as almost 60 trade and retail units with the main fashion brands in Poland is located on this level. Part of the area is located on the upper floor where within the space of over 4000 square meters a shopping zone as well as entertainment, recreation and restaurant zones. Modern facade of the building is diversified by glass and high-roofed entries and large, graphic identification elements. A convenient parking space for over 800 cars is avaible for motorists.
