Nowy Świat 2.0 is a very demanding investment in terms of architecture and construction. The office building which construction was nearly as difficult to undertake as the construction of the second metro line, has been developed on a plot of land 20 meters width in the very center of the city, surrounded by buildings protected by the Warsaw Conservation Officer. The main objective of the investor and the architect – which was perfectly achieved, had been to create a building that one side will be perfectly fitted into the existing urban fabric, and on the other hand, will enrich the Royal Route with a modern eye-catching building mass. In addition to the unique architectural qualities, the investor of the project guaranteed tenants high-quality space with numerous modern technological and ecological solutions.

The building’s underground parking features approx. 37 parking spots; there is also a bicycle parking along with a locker room. Nowy Świat 2.0 provides maximal level of comfort. It is also characterized by a modern architecture and an effective use of space by tenants.

The building designed, constructed and fitted out in line with the guidelines of the international LEED certification system. Such innovative technological and ecological solutions as high-speed elevators, BMS, LEED certificate as well as energy and water consumption saving system have been applied in the building.

BMS with optimal control of power consumption, automatic air-conditioning system with an efficiency control and an option to turn off redundant lights, a system reducing hot water usage at times when demand is lower, high efficiency electric equipment, automatic external and internal lighting control system.
