At the end of June 2016, the MLP Group was leasing a total of 313.5 thousand square meters of commercial space to its customers. The total area of the MLP Group’s land bank in Poland is approx. 110.35 hectares.

MLP Group signed two agreements with WestInvest Gesellschaft für Investmentfonds mbH (Deka Immobilien) for the sale of the MLP Tychy and MLP Bieruń logistics parks. The total value of both transactions was nearly EUR 90 million, or roughly PLN 380 million.

MLP Group has delivered a total of 14,200 square meters of finished warehouse, social and office space in the MLP Pruszków II logistics park to a Matras Group member company. MLP Group has delivered a total of 15,150 square meters of finished warehouse, social and office space in the MLP Teresin logistics park to the owner of the Piotr i Paweł food supermarket chain. Dachser, a global logistics operator, leased 8.4 thousand sqm. of warehouse and office space in the MLP Poznań park. The Stokrotka retail chain has launched a new distribution center in the MLP Lublin logistics park (6.000 square meters).

MLP Group has launched the construction of a distribution center for the MAKRO Polska chain. The facility offering space in excess of 10,000 square meters built in the MLP Pruszków II logistics park will be commissioned for use in Q1 2017. MLP Group has launched works to build a warehouse offering more than 7,000 square meters of space for Auto Partner. According to the plan, the car parts importer and distributor will be able to use all functions of the new facility in Q1 2017. MLP continues construction in the speculative formula 10,000 sqm in MLP Poznań.
