Future plans
Completion of Matrix C office building in Zagreb and Center Point 3 in Budapest. Underway is the refurbishment of 40,800 sq m of Center Point I and II. Rose Hill Business Campus is to be redeveloped in 2024, and a new office building Center Point III is expected to be commissioned in Q3 of 2025.
