Identifying centrally located office buildings and retail in Warsaw, Cracow, Wroclaw, Gdansak and - case by case - other cities in Poland and also the first acquisition in Prague.
Warburg-HIH and its fund investors are strong believer in Poland and Czech markets in regards secondary sector, especially the continuous growth of - but not limited to - the BPO sector which will inevitably result in office demand and continuous growth of the occupational markets and quality office stock.
Generally we are strong believers in the trend of "war for talents". In result we are seeking the office buildings and locations which will satisfy the current and future generation of work force. Our current portfolio in Poland do fulfill these requirements.

With market entry in 2015, Warburg-HIH, has accumulated by single acquisitions a Poland spread portfolio of high quality office buildings, all completed in 2016 with very high specifications and environmental ratings and nearly 100 percent leased to household brands tenants. Warburg-HIH plans to continue its acquisitions in the foreseeable future in identifying new quality assets.
