- Advising the Polish Development Fund (PFR) on the financing of the construction of a military base in Limanowa for the 11th Małopolska Brigade of Territorial Defence.
- Advising DHL on the cross-border sale (in a model sale and leaseback) of a logistics portfolio of the value of approximately EUR 500 million, comprising properties in Poland, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, Italy and Finland to a major German fund.
- Advising SGCIB Polska and SGE Leasing Polska in simultaneous negotiations of two lease agreements covering approx. 3,200 sq.m gross office space in the Studio complex at Prosta Street in Warsaw.
- Advising the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in the process of lending up to €50 million to R4R Poland, an operator of residential rental accommodation in Poland.
