Hadley has an extensive experience in all commercial property sectors gaining the knowledge during the last 20 years at companies such as King Sturge, Colliers, EPP. His focus though and also a favorite sector has been industrial and warehousing property market in which he had specialized from the beginning of his professional path.
Currently the business activity led by Hadley includes development and growth of a sustainable logistics platform focused on Poland and considering ESG as a key pillar of its strategy.

The MDC2 team currently includes 20 team members. The assembled team of MDC2 partners has built over 3 million m² of warehouses over the last 15 years. The company develops sustainable modern logistics buildings in Poland. MDC² focus is put on the Polish market and on single asset base - logistics.

Since the company was established in early 2021 it is on its growth path with two active developments totalling 137,000 sq. m.

- As the founding CEO of EPP, Poland’s largest owner of shopping centres, the company grew from 2 to 220 employees, from 9 to 29 shopping centers and a Euro value of 1.2 to 2.6 billion and became an important international ambassador for Poland’s investment story, attracting hundreds of millions in equity. Under Hadley’s leadership the company went public where it became the best performing stock in its sector on the Johannesburg stock exchange 2018 and outperformed all listed European competitors 2016-19.
- HD spent 14 years with Colliers International. Starting as Managing Partner Poland he was a pioneer of “tenant rep” in Poland.
Contributions made to the improvement of the CEE commercial property market
Hadley's leadership of issues from the business case for green building to smart offices and co-working, the digital revolution and e-commerce and, most recently, the wall of capital from USA, Asia and South Africa, outlining and actioning their impact and implications for commercial real estate investment and for the sector, has been second to none.
