The Real Estate Personality of the Year, Poland

The winner will be chosen in a two-stage process. In the first stage, the jury members will choose the category’s top three projects to be voted on. The final vote will take place during the gala night and will be open to all the gala attendees, each of whom will be using a voting device.

The Award is dedicated to any person who has been holding a senior managerial position in a company (or companies) associated with the commercial property market (regardless of the company’s business profile) for at least two years now. The candidate should be held in high regard by the business community and the commercial property market representatives, while his/her contribution to the company’s development should be significant. He/She should have strong management qualities and have created a positive work environment in company. Also the candidate should have achieved a significant business result in between  October 2020 and June 2022. By his/her attitude and performance in business environment, the Personality of the Year awardee should, beyond any doubt, deserve the award.

Adam Pustelnik

Adam Pustelnik (CITY OF ŁÓDŹ) is responsible for town planning and architectural and construction administration, economic development and international relations.As First Deputy Mayor of the City of Lodz Mr Adam Pustelnik supervises matters of urban planning and architectural-construction administration, spatial planning, cooperation with national and foreign entities, support of economic activity and services for investors, cooperation with universities and scientific institutions, management of the city's assets, property management, protection of property rights to real estate, location and regulations of city markets and surveying.

Agata Jurek-Zbrojska

Agata joined CMS in February 2022 as a Head of Real Estate and Construction Department, and now heads one of the largest real estate teams in Poland, comprising 40 lawyers, including five partners and four counsels. Agata is responsible for building a stronger real estate team in CMS’s Warsaw office and positioning the team as an attractive alternative to the existing legal advisory solutions available on the Warsaw real estate market. Agata works closely with international CEE real estate teams and more widely on the European and global levels to coordinate multijurisdictional and cross-border transactions and projects.

Agnieszka Kalinowska-Sołtys

Agnieszka Kalinowska-Sołtys (APA WOJCIECHOWSKI) plays a key role in the organizational structure of APA Wojciechowski Architects. In addition to many duties related to the management of the studio, she shapes the policy of sustainable architecture and manages the implementation of environmentally friendly design solutions, organizes numerous trainings and consultations. Additionally, by participating in numerous conferences, events and publications, she actively represents our company both in Poland and abroad. From July 2022, Agnieszka performs the most prestigious and responsible function in Polish architecture - she is the President of the Association of Polish Architects.

Barbara Topolska

Barbara Topolska joined CPI Property Group in 2018. She is responsible for shaping and supervising the implementation of the investment strategy in Poland and for managing the retail, office and hotel portfolio on the Polish market. Under her leadership, CPIPG successfully carried out all new acquisitions planned in the development strategy introduced for Poland in 2019. In 2022, CPIPG acquired a 76.8% stake in IMMOFINANZ, thus strengthening the Polish office’s position as a leader in the office real estate market and significantly strengthening CPIPG's share in the retail market. Barbara Topolska remains country manager of the combined structures.

Bogusław Paciorek

Bogusław Paciorek (ADC) is a co-founder, CEO and the president of the management board of the company. On this position he is responsible for designing and leading of construction projects, project and construction management, contract, cost and claim management. The company has been employing 40 designers, engineers and managers acting in Poland in Germany. The company income is approximately 10 million PLN per year. Before launching ADC Bogusław held managerial positions as technical director, board member, country manager or head of departments of international construction companies since 2007.

Dominik Leszczyński

Dominik Leszczyński (DL INVEST GROUP) is the founder and CEO of the company, one of the most dynamically developing Polish investors operating in the commercial property market. Its diversified property portfolio comprises three segments: logistics centres, office centres, shopping centres. Carefully selected locations and well-thought-out designs in architectural, functional and execution terms, at the same time maintaining strict quality requirements, are the foundation for the success of DL Invest Group, whose portfolio already includes more than 2,000,000 sqm of real estate.

Hadley Dean

Hadley Dean established MDC2 in early 2021 together with the group of colleagues - commercial real estate experts working in the Polish and CEE for the last 20+ years. Currently, he oversees the business and strategy of the sustainable warehouse developer operating in Poland. Before establishing MDC² he used to hold the role of the founding CEO of EPP – the largest owner of shopping centres in Poland (EUR 2.6bn of GAV). Prior to EPP he was a Managing Partner for Eastern Europe for Colliers International where he built the best logistics and industrial space agency business in Central and Eastern Europe.Hadley has been successfully operating in Poland for over 20 years where he is recognised for growing businesses and consistently outperforming the market place.

Hubert Abt

Hubert Abt (NEW WORK & WORKCLOUD24) has been working in the real estate industry for over 30 years. He worked as a developer and later in the land banking sector and provided equity and Mezzanine capital for various real estate projects. In 2012, he founded New Work Offices in Budapest, which provides various flexible office solutions. Since then he developed the business model further and grew the company to today 16 locations in 4 countries with approx. 46,500 sqm which brings New Work Offices in the top 3 list in CEE. Hubert now leads the company as CEO while focusing on investor relations and developing new products like New Work´s Franchise Package or The Digital Office Pass of workcloud24 where he acts as Founder and CEO as well.

Jacek Wesołowski

Jacek Wesołowski (TREI REAL ESTATE POLAND) has been Managing Director of the company since 2016. He is responsible for strategic decisions concerning investments and the construction of Trei’s real estate portfolio in Poland. Under his management, Trei has been developing a chain of retail parks. The company has built 29 Vendo Parks in Poland, and has next projects in the pipeline. Since Jacek took up the position of managing director, the company has been upping the number of investments every year. In 2021, Trei built 8 retail parks with a total leasable area of 37,400 sqm and achieved a growth rate that it plans to continue in the future. He also manages Trei's retail portfolio, which includes 128 properties. Under his leadership, Trei debuted on the residential market in 2019 and the company is now preparing to start construction of its first PRS project in Poland.

Jerzy Wójcik

Jerzy Wójcik (JWA) is a skilled entrepreneur & amateur endurance athlete. He is an expert in green construction with 11 years of experience as an architect, assessor and sustainability consultant worldwide. In 2011 he founded JWA, a Polish sustainability & real estate consulting company. Kinga Nowakowska

Kinga Nowakowska (CAPITAL PARK GROUP) is responsible for managing the company's asset management department. She is the author of the Biuro Plus concept, according to which individual solutions are implemented in each of the Capital Park Group's projects to support the needs of tenants. The idea is based on high-quality architecture, ecology and sustainable development, greenery and quality of the surroundings, promotion of sport and physical activity, art and culture in common spaces, a wide range of services and a creative approach to asset management. Kinga Nowakowska is managing several teams, marketing and PR, carrying out design, documentation, construction, restoration and conservation works on the Group Investments. Since 2007, Kinga Nowakowska has been associated with the Capital Park Group, where she is a member of the management board and the operational director. She is involved in the largest projects carried out by the Group, including Royal Wilanów. Since 2009, she has been responsible for the implementation of the prestigious revitalization project of Norblin Factory in Warsaw.

Marek Dobrzycki

Currently working as Managing Director in the Development Department in Warsaw head office, he is responsible for property commercialization and new business development in all core markets of Poland encompassing all major cities as Gdansk, Lodz, Poznan, Wroclaw, Warsaw, Katowice, Krakow . Since inception Panattoni has delivered 11.6 million sqm of warehouse space to the market taking leading position on the market.

Paweł Sapek

Paweł Sapek (PROLOGIS) as senior vice president and regional head for Central Europe is responsible for the company's entire portfolio in the region (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary) with total area of 4.6 million square meters. In addition, he runs the Polish branch of Prologis and directly supervise operations in Hungary. He oversees the company’s investment and operating activities including business strategy implementation, investment opportunities identification, new developments and customer acquisition. Paweł Sapek joined Prologis in 2015 and as senior vice president and country manager for Poland, he oversees the company’s investment and operating activities across the country and is responsible for the entire portfolio. Sapek graduated in marketing and management from the University of Economics in Katowice. He also holds a postgraduate diploma in logistics management from the Warsaw School of Economics and is a chartered surveyor (FRICS)

Piotr Kaszyński

Piotr Kaszyński (NEWMARK POLSKA) has over 25 years of experience in the real estate market. Previously, he was the Managing Partner at Cresa Poland, which he successfully established and led for more than 4 years. He also worked for many years for Cushman & Wakefield, where he was an Equity Partner, Head of the Retail Dept. and Head of Capital Markets in Poland. Piotr leads a team of professionals who have demonstrated resiliency, unrivalled professionalism and management skills, who have worked on some of the market’s most significant projects. His team: assisted Primark in its entry into the Polish retail market; advised mBank and Allegro on the largest office transactions; represented TJX Europe (TK Maxx) in its acquisition of the largest distribution center in continental Europe; represented Accor in its acquisition of a building in Wrocław for the Mövenpick brand. During his work for C&W, Piotr led development consultancy and space leasing in over 60 prominent retail properties in Poland and investment transactions in excess of EUR 1 bn.

Roger Andersson

Roger Andersson (VASTINT POLAND) manages the company's operations and is responsible for expansion of its portfolio on the Polish real estate market. His strong leadership and long-term vision have ensured the steady growth of the company and its portfolio for over two decades. His track record of key projects include i.a. Brama Portowa, Business Garden, Waterfront, Gdynia Courtyard by Marriott, Sopot Marriott Resort & Spa, Riverview. Several large mixed-use developments are in the pipeline: Nova Silesia, Airport Village and Stara Rzeznia, as well as the Portowo residential project in Poznań. He has played a significant role in the successful implementation of a unique concept of business parks operating under the brand name of Business Gardens. These complexes were built in Warsaw, Poznan and Wroclaw and are highly valued by tenants. He also introduced a first-of-its-kind concept of turnkey apartments in Poland. Sławomir Gajewski

Tomasz Lubowiecki

Tomasz Lubowiecki (7R) is a founder and the CEO of the company. He is responsible for creating the strategy of the company's development and overseeing the performance of all departments. Before founding 7R in 2008, he managed Limpol, a distributor in the FMCG sector, for 12 years. At the same time, through venture capital, he was actively investing in commercial development projects together with Wawel Service sp. z o.o. The portfolio of 7R includes large-scale logistics parks and Small Business Unit municipal warehouses, which form the 7R City Flex Last Mile Logistics network. Thus far, the company has completed projects with a total area of over 1.5 million sqm and currently has more than 3 million sqm in the pipeline in different locations around Poland, of which approx. 600,000 sqm is under construction.
