X2 Boutique Office is designed to reflect the values and philosophy of Dentsu Aegis Network – the main tenant. Located in Mokotów, at 12 Czerska St., X2 offers 7 030,00 m2 GLA on 5 levels above the ground and 2 underground levels with 143 parking spaces. The tenants have access to a bicycle parking, a 2-story fitness, showers, a conference center, a canteen, a restaurant, a day-care for kids and a patio. The main lobby is a double height fully glazed reception with a slide between floors and a wall covered with natural moss. X2 is equipped with LED lamps and an interactive RGB LED facade illuminating system. Guests are welcomed and guided by the custom designed system combining parking systems, access control, LED monitors, beacons and cameras. Over 50 monitors allow communication with employees and guests via the Digital Signage system. The interior design is based on the propinquity - the frequency of contacts effect. The more we see and talk to people the better the company works. |
