For an Investor Wroclaw Aglomeration Development Agency offers support throughout the whole investment process, realised through: •preparation of investment offers (plots, production halls, warehouses, office-space) •preparation of investor’s visits as well as arrangement of meetings with local authorities and their subordinate units, with higher education institutions and different intermediatory companies (HR, real estate, legal advisory, others) •search for suppliers and commercial partners •support in administration processes (obtaining permits, others) •support in visa application procedures •advisory in public aid •advisory in promotional campaigns. Investors creating newjobs can be exempted from real estate tax. |
