In the first year Wroclavia was visited by 14.5M customers (85K on the first day with tenants’ revenues hitting all-Poland record level). It’s a result of well-thought strategy – create an iconic lifestyle shopping center in a perfect location (heart of extremely vibrant city).
Wroclavia is a custom-made project which used whole international URW experience in bringing the best shopping destinations. It’s a home to most popular fashion groups and brands absent of the city before. It establishes new standards of services (4-star), with innovative architecture and exceptionally vibrant atmosphere.
A fifth of the centre’s total space is dedicated to leisure and food services including Grand Kitchen (original URW concept of cautiously arranged, spacious dining zone; next to 4,300 m² terraces) and the only cinema in Poland with so extensive entertainment offer (20 AC theatres, the first IMAX® in Wroclaw).
