Short information about the Project:	West Gate is a modern A-class building which offers 16,200 sqm of office space. The facility consists of six above-ground floors (offices) and two underground ones (the car park). It has been designed as an L-shaped compact building. In May 2015 West Gate, which is 100-pct leased, obtained a certificate of occupancy. The construction of the project started in autumn 2013. The office building was fully leased as soon as the end of 2014. Its commercialization process was finished thanks to contracts signed with Aviva and a company representing the financial consultancy industry operating under the Expander brand (a total of 500 sqm). The anchor tenant of the office space in West Gate is Nokia Networks (14,000 sqm). The building will also include the new seat of Deichmann Obuwie Sp. z o.o. (1,200 sqm), an Enel-Med medical centre (300 sqm) and a canteen operated by K&D Foods (320 sqm).
