Four attorneys are very experienced in real estate matters, with two of them considered to be among the top specialists in real estate: Roman Rewald and Jakub Kutzmann.

Participation in property sales and acquisitions between November 2014 and October 2015:	Weil Warsaw advised, in particular, Rockcastle on the acquisition of the Solaris Shopping Centre, the Platan Shopping Centre and two other ongoing shopping centre development projects, NBGI Private Equity Limited on all of its current real estate matters in Poland, Griffin on the acquisition of a stake in Echo Investment, Eastbridge on the sale and restructuring of real properties and GTC on its sale of Kazimierz Office Centre.
Participation in development projects between November 2014 and October 2015:	Weil’s Warsaw office has advised on prominent development projects in Poland, including: (i) Sinfonia Varsovia on its development of a new concert hall seating 1,800 persons; (ii) NBGI Private Equity Limited, on the development of the extension and leasing of its logistics property in Poland to Faurecia Polska – an automotive industry giant; and (iii) Rockcastle Global Real Estate, on a development in the form of a private-public partnership project with the City of Opole.
Total value of the transactions on which your company adviced between November 2014 and October 2015:	For the first six months of 2015, the total value of the transactions in which Weil was a legal advisor exceeded PLN 7.63 billion. The total value of the real estate transactions in the same period was PLN 2.7 billion.
