It now employs 45 specialists, generating PLN 10 mln in revenue and operates in four major cities: Gdańsk, Warsaw, Wrocław and Łódź, as well as some smaller ones – with zero marketing expenses! It's main customers are the Copernicus Science Centre, the American Embassy, Marvipol, General Electric, Goodman Intl, Panattoni Europe and Kronos RE. It focuses on the development of PPP projects such as schools, student houses, hospitals etc., and has successfully participated in major public tenders over the last year. Its people first and long term approach are the company’s overarching principles - and its flexibility and low administration costs allow it to be competitive.
