Short information about the project:	A 40,000 m² Built-to-Suit (BTS) warehouse designed to meet the specifications of the VF Corporation (VF). The building allows the US owner of numerous top retail brands to consolidate its Vans distribution in one place. P3’s largest BTS project to date, it was built in just 6 months. Construction was technically challenging, requiring extensive consultation on design, specification and future operational performance to meet VF’s commitment to the Green Building Initiative. The facility incorporates a 36m deep column-free shipping area with a 12.2m clear height. It includes such energy saving, environmentally friendly features as thermally insulated docks, intelligent lighting and a modern heating/venting system. P3 has obtained a BREEAM "Very Good" BREEAM certificate for the building. P3 Prague D8 is located 10km north of Prague city centre, near Exit 1 of the D8 motorway that links to Dresden and Berlin. The park has direct connections to Prague's public transport system.
