Why the team should be considered for the award:	Vertigo Property Group is a solely Polish company set up in 2008, just after the bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers and the beginning of the global financial crisis. Despite the economic downturn the company has been growing rapidly year-to-year, boosting income, profits and its market share. Working under the motto “think globally, act locally,”- it tries to combine international standards of excellence and professionalism in real estate advisory, with a flexibility and the in-depth market knowledge of a smaller property broker. As a local boutique agency it provides services not only for small Polish companies but also for international corporations like Alstom and Western Unionor Hapaq-Lloyd. Vertigo has transacted over 12 000 sqm within the first three quarters of 2012, closing app. 60 deals.
