Brief information about developer/Investor: Kulczyk Real Estate Holding (KREH) was established in 2008 and is 100 pct owned by Kulczyk Investments. The company is focused on the management and development of its real estate asset portfolio in the CEE region. All KREH real estate assets are located in Warsaw’s central business district. These are: Ufficio Primo, Krucza House and Warta Tower.

Brief information about the project: The building is situated in the centre of the capital, next to the most important communication routes leading to the airport, the railway and bus stations, as well as other key locations in the city. The building is of post-war architecture designed in 1952 by Professor Marek Leykam, a prominent Polish architect and art historian. The centre of the building is a full-height grand hall with a dome of glazed skylights. The interiors are decorated with galleries inspired by the Italian Renaissance.
