Projects completed between November 2014 and Ocotber 2015: B4B - Building E,located in the heart of Bonarka City Center-a multifunctional city center in Krakow,opened in the first week of March with leasable office space totalling 10,000 sqm.Building E,consistent with the highest standards was built only in 16 months.The building began its operation with a significant 71% occupancy level including tenants like RWE,VSoft or Solarwinds.After 6 month of opening, the occupancy rate of the Building has increased to 97%.

Please say why your company should be considered for the award: TriGranit in 2014-2015 completed the 5st stage of the B4B class A office complex. Building E has been built in a record time, not more than 16 months. With the development, an industrial area closed for the public has been recultivated and was given back to the city, creating a new city center for Krakow. After 6 month of opening, the occupancy rate of the building reached 97%. Building “E” was built on the base of the special needs of their prospect tenants like RWE, Vsoft or Solerwinds. Building F is scheduled for delivery in Q4 2015, and Building G is under construction. Due to the growing demand for further office spaces, further 4 buildings (H,I,J and K) are planned to be built in the coming years. Sustainable development has always been a primary focus in TriGranit strategy. Building E has been carried out in accordance with sustainable building principles, Building E,F,G obtained BREEAM® design certification at the “VERY GOOD” level.
