Since 2010 TPS has built in OBC over 40k sqm GLA and leased 85% of it. After completing 4th stage in March 2014, OBC with 55,6k sqm GLA will be the 6th largest modern office project in Poland incl. Warsaw. OBC has created an unique mix of conveniences for Tenants: restaurant, café, kindergarten for 100 kids, medical centre, pharmacy, convenience store, 3 banks, tax, loan and business advisors, 2 conference centers, start-up incubator, huge patio with greenery, benches, fountain. Sustainability: BREEAM Very Good, 4th stage - BREEAM Excellent. Tenants: Allianz, Bayer, Energa, Hays, Medicover, PwC, Sii, Starbucks, TaxCare, PKO BP, Meritum Bank, Noble Bank.
