The sale/purchase transaction of Rondo 1 office skyscraper in Warsaw is marked as the largest single-asset investment deal in Poland in 2014, being recognised among major transactions of this kind in the CEE region this year as well as the biggest office transaction in Poland ever. Rondo 1 provides 66,000 sqm of high-quality, modern and efficient office and retail space, as well as a high standard of environmental sustainability, confirmed by LEED Gold certificate status and numerous property business awards. The asset is currently 92 per cent let to over 50 multi-national tenants from the financial, legal and consultancy sectors including blue-chip level institutions.
