In each case, we implement technologies and solutions from the fields of ecology and broadly defined ergonomics, especially proven technology, environmentally and user friendly solutions. Among “green” schemes are three Business Garden complexes in Warsaw, Poznań and Wrocław, Brama Portowa in Szczecin and the office building within the Gdynia Waterfront project in Gdynia, all together 314 sqm of commercial space. All of them demonstrate our commitment to developing a perfect working environment. The investments are located in key points in the cities within key communication routes with good access to airports and the center of agglomeration by car as well as means of public transport. The projects offer great flexibility in space adaptation and access to various kind of amenities and services for employees.
