Brief description of the architectural studio:



 Fold was established in 1995. Currently the company specialises in designing commercial and public projects. The founders of the company are Dariusz Dziubinski and Mariusz Korszorsz.
Brief information about the project from an architectural point of view: Sky Tower is designed to be an unusual place, distinguished by its modern architecture and unique style. The complex consists of a living area, office space and a shopping centre. The central point of the complex is a 51-storey skyscraper, 212 metres in height. The concept for Sky Tower is mainly aimed at open-minded people who are sensitive to beauty and have an individual approach to life – people who, apart from having clearly defined consumption needs, are searching for other experiences. Sky Tower is located in Krzyki district, by the main road linking the south of the city and the A4 motorway with the city centre. An important advantage of the Sky Tower location is its proximity to tram and bus lines, as well as its excellent access to the railway and bus stations, each within walking distance.
