The green projects by Skanska enjoy great interest from tenants – Green Towers and Green Corner were both 95 pct leased before completion. All projects are ‘Gold’ or ‘Platinum’ LEED pre-certified and represent great quality, innovative solutions and friendly work environments. In Poland Skanska currently offers projects in Warsaw (Green Corner, Atrium 1) and in five regional cities: Wrocław (Green Towers, Green Day), Kraków (Kapelanka 42), Poznań (Malta House) and Łódź (Green Horizon). Skanska also develped City Green Court in Prague and is developing Green House in Budapest.
