Brief information about the project from an architectural point of view: |
The Senator project is one of the most eminent office building projects in Poland in recent years. The building combines rich historical heritage with top quality modern office features. Its shape has been designed on the plan of the former Polish Bank and its elevation refers to the original design of the architecture of the building from 1907. The renovated central wall of the main atrium recreates the genuine appearance of the Bank of Poland’s cash-desk room’s front elevation. A section of the atrium’s floor offers a view onto the historic 18th century foundations of the Mint of Poland established by King Stanisław August. The building’s architects used modern solutions to ensure functional and efficient use of space. The interior design includes such features as elevated floors, suspended ceilings, a BMS system, as well as central heating and air-conditioning systems with humidity control. Senator is also equipped with a three-level underground car park for more than 330 vehicles.
