In July SEGRO acting on behalf of SELP acquired €100 mln of prime logistics assets in Poland. End of September 2014 SELP acquired also modern logistics asset in the Czech for €13.1 mln. Both acquisitions underline SEGRO’s strategy of building scale and expanding its presence in its target Central European logistics markets.
