The recent transactions include advisory to Europa Capital in the acquisition of Twarda Tower (Orange HQ) for a total value of over EUR 75 mln, advising Allianz Real Estate in the acquisition of Platinium Business Park developed by GTC for a total value of EUR 173 mln and selling two industrial assets of Finnveden to a Polish investor for EUR 12.5 mln, as well as setting up the joint venture between RPDS and IGI for a shopping centre development in Legionowo. Savills investment team in Poland has a rapidly growing position on the market. We have undergone significant changes and are taking on ever larger buy-side and sale-side instructions with a growing volume of transactions each year.
