Savills office agency team comprises of 11 staff (9 in Warsaw, 1 in Wroclaw and 1 in Poznan) and is active both in Warsaw and regional cities.
Portfolio:	Our team has now 14 exclusive leasing instructions (buildings) including Atrium International, Tulipan House, Prime Corporate Center, Zaulek Piekna, Mokotów Plaza, Ethos, Warsaw Trade Tower, Malta House, Promendaty Zita,etc. We work with international developers (Skanska, Ghelamco, Golub), real estate funds (Azora, Commerz Real, DEKA, Invesco, Kulczyk Silverstein), as well as local developers (Echo Investment, Vantage Development).
Space leased in 2014 (GLA):	56,000 m2 (further 10,000 m2 of transactions should be finalized by end of 2014)
The biggest transactions in 2014:	Savills advised in the biggest new office transaction in Poland this year: 19,500 m2 pre-lease of Prime Corporate Center for a new HQ office of Raiffeisen Polbank in Warsaw. We have also facilitated a number of significant transactions: Mediacom, Fortum Energy, PSI Pharma, Fujitsu, Clients & Friends, Publiis, etc.

Further 10,000 m2 of transactions are in the final phase and should be finalized by end of 2014 giving 66,000 m2 of lease transactions in the entire 2014.
