Atrium 1 was sold three months before scheduled completion. While completed, it was already 97% leased. After the completion of the deal it was the third successful cooperation between Skanska and Deka-Immobilien in the CEE region. At the moment of sales transaction, it was the fourth office project sold to an investment fund by Skanska within 10 months. Both the companies highly appreciated the reliability and the professionalism of each other. It was essential to work with trustful partners who have a common solution orientated approach. Moreover, Deka-Immobilien purchased the most environmentally advanced office building in the whole CEE.
