This transaction is the largest single-asset deal recorded in Poland in 2015. The Riviera shopping centre with a catchment area of around 630,000 people, enjoys central location on the edge of Gdynia city centre. It owes its strength to an attractive tenant mix with Auchan hypermarket as an anchor and focus on fashion with brands such as: TK Maxx, H&M, Mango, Massimo Dutti, Pull & Bear, Reserved, Saturn, Stradivarius, Van Graaf, and Zara. It also incorporates a cinema, a fitness centre and the food court. The completed transaction proves again the quality of our services and forms a major step in restructuring our business towards new mandates. |
