Its unique investing strategy focused predominantly on medium–sized cities has provided the Company with a leading position in its category. Between 2001-2015, Rank Progress completed 52 investment projects, including the construction of 13 own shopping malls and retail parks.

Projects completed between November 2014 and October 2015:	Over the last year, Rank Progress commissioned „Miejsce Piastowe“ retail park located near Krosno. Is situated next to OBI, a DIY store, at the national road no.28 leading from Slovakia border to Krosno. The catchment area of the centre is inhabited by almost 200,000 economically active people.

Projects in progress:	Galeria Aviator will comprise of almost 25,000 sq m GLA. The complex will include among others: fashion and footwear stores, retail and service points, Food Court zone, food supermarket, fitness center, consumer electronics and household appliances store and a comfortable car park with 1,100 spaces.

Please say why your company should be considered for the award:	In 2014 Rank Progress commissioned „Miejsce Piastowe“ retail park and sold the investment made in Piła for nearly PLN 58 million. The latter action helped to accumulate capital essential for the realisation of further significant investments. In March 2015, the Company started the construction of Galeria Aviator in Mielec, which will be the first facility of this type in the town and in the region. Rank Progress is the leader in Poland in the segment of small and medium-sized cities in terms of implemented projects of shopping malls and retail parks – to this day, the developer has commissioned more than 822 thousand square metres of retail space. At the moment, the Company owns a land bank for new investments with a surface area of 133 ha. By the end of 2016, Rank Progress intends to begin the second stage of construction of Galeria Aviator in Mielec and commence a few more projects. Total surface area of the planned projects of the Company is 282 thousand square metres.
