The last commercialization phase of Q22 is currently underway, offering a further 8,500 sq m of available office space. Its tenants include companies such as: Deloitte, Allegro, Linklaters, William Demant, Boston Scientific, Citi Handlowy, Omni Office and Puro Hotels. It involved 80 Polish construction companies as well as a few hundred subcontractors and suppliers. Over 750 employees was working on the site at the peak moment in March 2016. In the construction process they used enough steel to build 190 goods wagons, twice as much concrete as the amount used for the construction of the Świętokrzyski Bridge as well as 1,700 km of electric cables, 20 km of pipes and 7,500 fire sprinklers.
