Please say why your company should be considered for the award Skanska has been performing well despite the COVID-19 reality – managed to maintain work on its projects, conducted big transactions: divestment of Generation Park Z to Deka Immobilien, completing two investment deals: transaction with Credit Suisse, and with JR AMC (first direct deal with a Korean investor) on Nordic Light Trio in Budapest, followed by signing the biggest in the history of the Polish office market leasing agreement (47 000 sqm) with PZU Group in Generation Park Y. Skanska has also presented fast and complex response to the pandemic -"Care for Life Office Concept" - adjusting offices to the safety and hygiene procedures, based on Skanska’s core value – care for life – and touchless solutions. Skanska is now one of the first to receive the WELL Health-Safety Rating created during the pandemic for its 9 projects in CEE.
