Delivered on time and within the budget four buildings totaling 135,300 sqm. There is no let-up in ESG goals: this year in CEE we replaced lighting covering 300,000 sqm of space with LED lighting with sensors; Corporate Knights Global 100 ranked Prologis as the world’s #1 sustainable real estate firm. Innovation and technology continue to drive our business: Prologis Essentials Marketplace uses our global scale to provide customers a convenient place to shop for products; our Prologis FM tool giving them full control over data and and processes, and providing crucial data that’s keeping our parks open, people safe.
