His experience includes design, building and management - related work.

Dekada Nysa shopping center is the biggest object in Dekada SA portfolio, and at the same time the most modern object in Nysa region. The investment has been skillfully incorporated into the existing urban fabric, it is a project that activates the local community and is tailored to its needs.
Architectural concept has been prepared by famous JSK Architekci workshop. On the lease area of over 19.6 thousand sqm, there are 80 commercial and service places, gastronomic zone with restaurants and cafes together with recreational and entertainment zone. As part of the investment, the company also built an underground car park that will accommodate over 440 cars.

Projects in progress
Dekada Skierniewice shopping center modernization project is at advanced stage. As a result, retail space will increase to over 12 thousand sqm. 3 additional storeys and underground parking for 250 cars will be added to the building. Dekada SA is also leading a project to develop Dekada Grójec shopping center, which is one of priority company projects planned for 2020. GLA object will expand from 9 thousand sqm to 14 thousand sqm. In progress is also to extend the shopping center Dekada Sieradz (16 100 sqm). As a part of the revitalization of PKP and PKS stations, company is preparing to implement new projects of shopping and communication centers in Konin (5200 sqm) and Mińsk Mazowiecki (4300 sqm). There are also plans to extend the shopping center in Ciechanów (5400 sqm).

Dekada opens up to mixed-use segment. Following the assessment of multifunctional facilities in the world and setting trends on the real estate market in Poland, company created new project for the S8 complex in Stare Babice.

Company promotes the idea of locality and extends the commercial and communication offer where the shopping needs of consumers have not been satisfied completely. Besides creating new jobs, developer also gives local character to its projects, engages in social initiatives, and successfully establishes cooperation with brands, that have not been present in smaller markets so far.
Dekada implements new projects and focuses on the development of existing facilities at the same time.
In 2020 the company has completed the construction of its largest center – Dekada Nysa, thus strengthening its leading position in the retail industry. Preparations for further investments are progressing as planned.
