7R is a nationwide developer specializing in delivering A-class logistics space for rent. The company provides warehouse and industrial facilities for many businesses as well as BTS projects. Its portfolio includes both large-scale logistics parks and Small Business Unit urban warehouses called 7R City Flex. So far 7R has finalized investments totalling 850,000 sqm and has more than 1.25 million sqm in the pipeline in different locations around Poland.
7R focuses on innovation and sustainable development, being the first founding member from warehouse sector joining Proptech Foundation. The company was also the first warehouse player to announce its policy to provide eco-friendly logistics projects in Poland.

7R is one of the fastest growing warehouse developers in Poland, being the only company with Polish capital listed in the most important real estate rankings. In Oct’19-Sep’20, 7R commissioned 9 new warehouse facilities in Poland (total GLA: 85,150 sqm).
The 7R and Hillwood Polska’s portfolio divestment to GLL for EUR 175 mln was the largest investment deal in the CEE region last year. Overall number od deals in Oct’19-Sep’20 were nine transactions concluded.
