We are offering a comprehensive legal advice related to the entire life cycle of a real property, starting from due diligence and acquisition, through development and leasing and then exit process. We lead a number of projects for our clients in the warehouse real estate market, including Hillwood, an international commercial real estate developer. On daily basis we provide leasing and asset management support to portfolio of office, warehouse and retail objects (our office portfolio alone exceeds 30 buildings, owned by major international investment funds, such as, for example Union Investment, Deka Immobilien, Hines or Skanska Property Poland). As the result, we are mostly recognized in the office and logistics real estate sectors, especially with regard to lease market.In addition, one of our Partners, Piotr Grzonek, is a renowned and recognized expert in the hotel real estate sector.
