Year 2020 brought significant challenges to all market participants caused by COVID-19 pandemic. Santander Bank Polska continuously supports Customers in all possible ways to help them during difficult times. We have reacted very quickly to market disruption and introduced fast and smooth relief package process, highly appreciated by our Customers. Even in this challenging year we are still open for new business and provide new financing for various types of properties. This may be also confirmed by achievements in last 12 months including financing (bilaterally or as an agent) several projects on the Polish real estate market. Among the biggest projects financed by our Bank during the last year were P14 office and development of Forest office complex - both by HB Reavis, multi-functional project Monopolis developed by Virako, acquisition of next two building of Silesia Business Park by ISOC, expansion of Adventum Group in Poland through acquisition of Katowice Business Point, new warehouse projects developed by Panattoni (with wide range of investors) and 7R, PBSA projects (including BaseCamp in Łódź) and other projects mainly in office, warehouse, residential and PBSA segments.
