The Investment Department at Savills in Poland is one of the most senior, experienced and successful teams on the Polish market. The team consists of 12 professionals, including 5 experts with 10+ years’ experience. It provides a full range of commercial buy- and sell-side advisory across all major property sectors. Since 2018 a specialised unit, led by John Palmer, has been operating within the department focused on the industrial sector only, providing unrivalled expertise for investors targeting industrial assets. The department cooperates closely with the Corporate Finance & Valuation team, which advises parties targeting alternative assets, such as student housing or PRS. The team has achieved a number of successes, attracting new capital sources to Poland, setting record price levels and structuring highly-complex portfolio sales and acquisitions. Savills investment team is not afraid of the toughest challenges and having been significantly strengthened over the last two years.
