VIVO! is our shopping center brand. It is designed for cities with a catchment area of at least 200,000 residents and highlighted by strong anchor tenants and an attractive mix. VIVO! makes shopping a special experience for the entire family. These shopping centers are normally single-storey, have a high recognition value and are therefore optimally suited for further growth.
VIVO! Stalowa Wola VIVO! Stalowa Wola stands out not only with its location in the heavily populated neighborhood of Poreba district, but is also easily reached by public transportation and offers good connections to the road network. Today it has a total of 22,400 sqm of leasable space. However in the second stage of construction which will be delivered in 2017 it will expand by another 10,000 sqm. This will include a Helios Cinema, Agata furniture store, and a DIY.
