Bartosz Prytuła – Managing Partner Poland

Bartosz Prytuła joined WSRE in 2005 as Investment Manager, being responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing third party debt financing, as well as equity procurement. Over the years Bartek assumed increasing levels of responsibility and became a Managing Partner. Prior to joining WSRE, Bartek spent 4 years at Morgan Keegan, where he worked in the investment banking division. He graduated magna cum laude from Washington College (MA) with a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration.

In May 2020 Elektrownia Powiśle was opened - a unique mixed-use project where all functions mutually support each other. The revitalized interiors of the pre-war power plant have been restored to create an ideal environment far from a typical shopping center. This space now resembles the atmosphere of a traditional European high street, where shopping takes place at a leisurely pace with breaks for coffee or lunch surrounded by greenery and open piazzas. Elektrownia Powiśle offers over 100 retail and services shops including eclectic mix of new and established brands from both Poland and aboard. We also have a pop-up shop program to promote exciting new and seasonal concepts. The Food Hall and restaurants takes Warsaw’s culinary offer to another level. The Beauty Hall is first of its kind in Warsaw with the nine businesses providing over 300 treatments and services for both men and women.

Elektrownia Powiśle (54,000 sqm) - a mixed-use project in Warsaw that was opened in May 2020. Other projects in portfolio include: The Park Warsaw – building 1-7 (75,600 sqm), Diamond Business Park Gliwice (48,000 sqm), DBP Stryków (29,756 sqm) and DBP Ursus (over 49,000 sqm).

Currently White Star Real Estate develops 4 projects that include: 1. The Park Warsaw – buildings 8-12 2. The Park Kraków, located in Kraków Podgórze district, right on the border of the Zabłocie business area. The Park Kraków is a self-sufficient, campus-style project comprising 8 A-class office buildings with total area of ca. 100,000 sqm. Completion of works for the first building in the Park Kraków is scheduled for 2021. 3. Fabryka PZO, located in the Warsaw’s Praga district, offers not only. 13,000 sqm of the modern office and retail space, but also 121 apartments of various sizes and functional space arrangements. Revitalization of PZO is carried out with an attention to every detail respecting the history of the place. Completion of works for Fabryka PZO - Office is scheduled for 2021. 4. X20 is a new office investment developed next to X2 building in Warsaw, Mokotów district. Project will offer 16,000 sqm of office and retail space. Completion of works is scheduled for Q4 2020.
