The office tenant representation team includes 10 talented members responsible for business development and client relations. Cresa Poland is headquartered in Warsaw, with regional activity in Wrocław, Tricity, Łódź, Krakow, Poznań and Katowice. Our services cover: Transaction Services, Service Charges Audit, Architectural and Design Support, Technical and Project Management, Workplace Strategy, Legal Support and Green Certification. We advise commercial tenants exclusively so we can be completely objective and conflict-free. Our focus is on the occupier, we take responsibility in the advice we provide and do so with total engagement, constructive dialogue, transparency and trust. Artur has 18 years of experience in commercial real estate. He joined Cresa in 2017. He has always represented tenants, including during his time at C&W and Knight Frank. Artur specializes in pre-let agreements and long-term renewal transactions. Artur Sutor has co-created Cresa in Poland and propelled the firm to the top league of consulting companies, as well as redefined real estate advisory services by bringing in the concept of exclusive tenant representation. Artur heads the Office Team of Cresa from Sept. 2017. He set up the Office Department together with Bartek Włodarski.
