MONOPOLIS is a unique mixed-use project located in the centre of Łódź, the third biggest city in Poland. The project combines modern offices, services and culture with a wide range of food and beverage facilities. It is based on renovation of historic buildings and changing them into a luxurious place to work and spend free time. The top-class offices are located in the main building of the former bottling plant as well as in two brand new buildings. In total MONOPOLIS creates a space for nearly 2,500 modern workplaces. The design was prepared by a recognized Polish architectural studio, Grupa 5 Architekci. The concept fits perfectly in the assumptions of the New Centre of Łódź – it is modern and multifunctional.
