NAI Estate Fellows has been operating on the Polish market since 2008 and it provides comprehensive range of services in the aspect of commercial properties management, office space leasing and financial serveices. In Poland, the Company has got five offices: in Warsaw, Gdansk, Poznań, Wrocław an d Kraków. Currently the Polish NAI Estate Fellows team manages the buildings which total space is almost three hundred thousand square metres, as well as five hundred lease contracts.

Rafał has over 10 years of experience in the real estate market, which he gained working min. for Metrohouse and the Wood Lark Group. His knowledge of the Warsaw commercial real estate market and regional markets enabled him to carry out many transactions on the office market and shopping malls throughout Poland. Rafał Misiak joined the team in March 2016 as a negotiator. At that time, he was acquiring new customers interested in leasing office, commercial and warehouse space. His duties also included negotiating contract terms and finalizing them.
