The GTC Group is a leading real estate investor focusing on Poland and capital cities in Eastern Europe. Since 1994, the GTC Group has been operating in Poland, Budapest, Belgrade, Bucharest, Zagreb and Sofia. Since the very beginning GTC has been very active in developing, managing and acquiring shopping malls. It stands behind the best performing shopping mall in Poland – Galeria Mokotów – which was sold to Unibail Rodamco. Since its inception GTC developed 476.000 sq m of retail space incl. Galeria Jurajska, Galeria Północna and Ada Mall as well as acquired Mall of Sofia. Today GTC actively manages 5 shopping malls totaling 198,000 sq m of retail area in Poland, Belgrade, Zagreb and Sofia valued at 849 million EUR. Each facility has its own, extremely talented and experienced team, incl. marketing and technical departments, led by the Mall manager. The day-to-day operations of the malls are supported by the Warsaw-based Management Board and HQ functions: legal, accounting, etc.
