Poznań

Poznań is one of the most attractive cities for investors in the region of Central and Eastern Europe, because the city is being developed in a sustainable way. With approx. 550 thousand residents, Poznań is the 5th largest Polish city. The unemployment rate of 1,1 % together with relatively high salaries drives the strong inner demand for dwellings. Our mission is to offer comfortable living conditions for all residents - green recreational areas, a rich cultural offer, and care for the health of residents. Also, over the last years, the number of tourists visiting Poznań has risen which makes it necessary to construct new hotels, especially the 4- and 5- star ones. The 100 hectares big area of Wolne Tory, where a new city district is planned, presents huge opportunities for real estate investors. The City's reliability is confirmed by winning prestigious international competitions and rankings, such as Emerging Europe Awards, TOP 10 EMEA Tech Cities by CBRE and national ones - e.g. the first place in the ranking of cities of Polish Association of Developers. The waiting time for the land development decisions and the building permits are the shortest in Poland.
